Our vending machine refund policy ensures that you have a seamless experience. If you encounter issues with your purchase, such as a product not being dispensed or an incorrect charge, please use our vending machine helpline form within 24 hours of the incident. Refunds will be issued once the correct transaction can be identified. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Consumer Rights & Responsibilities

  • You're entitled to a refund if the product is faulty, not as described, or expires before purchase (under Australian Consumer Law).

  • You're generally not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.

  • You need to provide details: Machine location, time/date, description and price of the item, and the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase the item. 

  • Automatic Refunds: Our machines often refund card payments automatically if an item doesn't dispense.
